New micro-certification training in Advocacy skills development has been launched

On the initiative of the Students' Union, Advocacy skills Micro-certification Training has been launched on the basis of the traditional Rilex Leadership Training event, in cooperation with the Centre for Adult Education and Competence Development in the autumn semester of 2024/25. Szabolcs Rámháp Dr., assistant professor of Department of Leadership and Marketing was the person in charge. 

The training consists of 3 modules:

  • Communication competences
  • Communication competences - Communication skills
  • Organizational and organisational competencies

 

The training, which took place in Pannonhalma from 18 to 21 October, was attended by 51 participants in 3 sessions. Dr. Szabolcs Rámháp delivered the Communication Competences training, assisted by Linda Brigitta Sándor as co-trainer EHÖK. All 16 participants of the session passed the exam and got a micro-certificate. To be continued in the spring, the aim is to broaden the scope of the training in the future.

 

The Social Competencies section was led by Dr Boglárka Eisingerné Balassa, and the Organizational and Leadership Competencies section by Dr Zsolt Kovács and Gergő Lőrincz.
