The 10th International Scientific Conference on Economics & Management (EMAN 2026) titled “How to Cope with Disrupted Times” will take place on March 25–27, 2026, hosted by the University of Oxford (United Kingdom). The conference will be organized in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend in person, online via Zoom, or virtually.
EMAN 2026 celebrates the 10th anniversary edition of the conference series, which has brought together more than 3,500 participants from over 30 countries since 2017. The event provides an international platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to discuss current challenges and emerging trends in economics and management, encouraging interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration.
The conference offers a structured three-circle publication pathway for accepted papers. Selected contributions may be published in Springer Proceedings in Business and Economics (indexed in Scopus, SCImago, RePEc, and zbMATH), in the EMAN 2026 Selected Papers volume (submitted to Web of Science CPCI and Scopus), or in partner international journals following further development of the research.
In addition, the conference recognizes outstanding academic contributions through the Best Presentation Award (in-person sessions). The winner will receive a USD 1,500 scholarship to attend the Academy of Management Annual Meeting 2027, along with official recognition at the conference closing ceremony.
