At the start of the new academic year, 11 faculty members from Széchenyi István University were appointed as professors. Their careers are distinguished by prestigious domestic and international publications, extensive professional networks, and significant experience in organizing research and mentoring the next generation of scholars.

Tibor Dőry, Professor at the Department of Corporate Leadership and Marketing, conducts research in the fields of innovation management and entrepreneurship.
Eszter Lukács, Professor at the Department of International and Applied Economics, serves as the University’s Vice-President for International and Strategic Relations. Her teaching and research in global economics focus on international institutional and corporate relations, the alignment of students with the labor market, and international cooperation systems within the Asian region.
Zsolt Roland Szabó, Professor at the Department of Corporate Leadership and Marketing, researches the interrelationships between corporate strategy, digitalization, and innovation.
Gábor Szabó-Szentgróti, Professor at the Department of Corporate Leadership and Marketing, serves as the Faculty’s Vice-Dean for Research. His research primarily focuses on management science, human resource management, and the transformation of the world of work.
Tibor Tatay, Professor in the Department of Statistics, Finance, and Controlling, focuses his research on finance—specifically investments and current issues regarding the financial processes of the macroeconomy.
