We are delighted to welcome you to the webpage of the Department of Corporate Leadership and Marketing at Széchenyi István University. Our Department aims to provide high quality education and research in the field of management and marketing, contributing to the success of our students and partners. Our wide range of educational offerings covers all aspects of management and leadership. We impart up-to-date knowledge known in the world of business and enterprise, so that our students can start their careers in the workplace with skills they can apply.
We are proud that our department is the largest team in the faculty, which has made significant progress in recent years. Today, in addition to more than 30 professional full-time colleagues, we have at least 20 external partners (business leaders, corporate experts, consultants) supporting our teaching and research work, providing the most up-to-date and practical knowledge to our students.
Under the leadership of Dr. Attila Kurucz, our department is committed to excellence and innovation. All of our instructors and researchers possess high-level professional knowledge and experience, which they are happy to share with our students and partners. Furthermore, our scientific results are published in internationally respected conferences, journals and books.
Our research focuses on topics related to the way companies are operating. These include digitalisation, managerial decisions, business processes, innovation, business communication, organisational development, consumer behaviour and marketing analysis of markets.
Through these, we aim to enrich the professional community with new and valuable scientific results. We are also connected to global trends, so our research focuses on sustainability, equality, diversity and other economic trends.
