55th EBES Conference

You are cordially invited to submit your abstracts or papers for presentation at the 55th EBES Conference, to be held in Budapest, Hungary, on April 16–18, 2026. The conference is organized by the European Business & Economics Society (EBES) and hosted by Mathias Corvinus Collegium.
The conference aims to bring together distinguished researchers from around the world to present new research, exchange ideas, and discuss current issues in economics, finance, and business. While the focus is on Europe and Asia, high-quality theoretical and empirical papers from all related fields are strongly encouraged. Participants may choose to present either in person or online.
A Meet the Editors Session will also be organized, moderated by Klaus F. Zimmermann (EBES & GLO, Germany), with editors from leading international journals, providing valuable insights into publication processes and expectations.

Submission and Registration Information
Authors are invited to submit their abstracts or full papers by March 17, 2026 via the official EBES website: www.ebesweb.org.
There is no submission fee.
All accepted abstracts will be published electronically in the Conference Program and Abstract Book (ISBN). Full paper submission is optional; however, submitted full papers will be included in the electronic conference proceedings.
Publication opportunities include:
- EBES journals published by Springer, namely Eurasian Business Review and Eurasian Economic Review (both indexed in Scopus, with Q1/Q2 rankings).
- Fast-track review opportunities in Eastern European Economics and Singapore Economic Review.
- Post-conference publication in Springer’s Eurasian Studies in Business and Economics series (indexed in Scopus, no publication fee).
