On March 2, 2026, Mr. Gábor Csalló, entrepreneur, restaurant owner, and regional president of the Győr-Moson-Sopron County Chamber of Commerce and Industry, delivered a guest lecture in the course KGNB_TRTM106 – Organization and Management of Hospitality for students of the BSc Tourism and Hospitality programme.
During the engaging presentation, students gained valuable insights into how they can become successful leaders of future hospitality businesses. The lecture highlighted that success must first be defined individually, and clear goals must be set in order to achieve it. Mr. Csalló also emphasized the importance of self-belief: whether we truly believe that we are capable of achieving our ambitions.
According to the speaker, it is essential to find an activity that brings joy and creates a state of flow — something that feels enjoyable and energizing rather than exhausting.
At the end of the lecture, Mr. Csalló shared a final piece of advice with the students:
“A dream that is not written down will never become a goal.”
As a closing message, he encouraged students to “do what they love, because then they will never have to work a day in their lives.”
