Within the framework of the ODDEA (Overcoming Digital Divide in Europe and Southeast Asia) project, Prof. Dr. Éva Happ, University Professor, is conducting professional work in Thailand from January 31 to February 28, 2026. During the research trip, she is collaborating with experts from the International College of National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA). The focus of the joint work is on uncovering the causes of the digital divide.
