The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Pécs and the Institute of Leadership and Organizational Sciences cordially invite researchers and professionals to participate in the 5th Farkas Ferenc International Scientific Conference, to be held on 28–29 May 2026 (Thursday–Friday) in Pécs, Hungary.
The theme of the conference is:
Human-Centred Leadership and Change Management in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
Building on the intellectual legacy of Professor Ferenc Farkas, the conference focuses on key issues such as human-centred leadership, change management, AI-based management and HR practices, organizational resilience, and the future of management education. The event aims to provide a platform for academic dialogue and professional exchange on the challenges and opportunities emerging in the AI-driven era.
