Successful presentations in the habilitation procedure at the Kautz Faculty

Dr. Ferenc Darabos, associate professor and coordinator of the BSc program in Tourism and Hospitality, gave his habilitation lecture on November 18, entitled “The supply structure, spatial patterns, and current trends of rural tourism.”

title of his scientific lecture was Target group analysis of heritage tourism in the context of urban renewal. Based on the positive reviews of Dr. Ferenc Darabos’s application summarizing his educational and scientific work and his theses, the expert committee recommended that he be awarded the habilitation title in the field of regional sciences.

The chair of the expert committee was Prof. Dr. Lívia Ablonczyné Mihályka. The members of the committee were Dr. habil. Boglárka Eisingerné Balassa: internal reviewer, Dr. habil. Zoltán Raffay: external reviewer, and Prof. Dr. Tamás Hardy. Prof. Dr. Tamás Dusek performed the secretarial duties.
