An international Call for Chapters has been announced for the edited volume Design, Risk, and Governance of Stablecoins as Monetary Instruments, to be published by IGI Global Scientific Publishing.
Aim of the Book
The volume aims to provide comprehensive academic and practical insights into the role of stablecoins within the evolving digital financial ecosystem. Contributions will examine issues related to the design, risk management, governance, and regulatory frameworks of stablecoins and their potential implications for future monetary systems.
The editors welcome multidisciplinary contributions addressing topics such as:
- fintech and digital financial innovation
- blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi)
- monetary policy and digital currencies
- financial risk management
- regulatory and governance frameworks
- economic and societal implications of crypto-assets
The book seeks to bridge academic research and financial practice, contributing to the growing scholarly discussion on stablecoins and digital monetary instruments.

Submission Information
