Professor Yurij Bilan’s lecture kicked off the “Global Perspectives in Regional Sciences and Business” program series

The Regional and Economic Sciences Doctoral School’s new lecture series began on September 15, with Prof. Yurij Bilan as its first guest. During his lecture, doctoral students and faculty colleagues gained insight into the challenges of scientific publishing, with a particular focus on the functioning of international databases, primarily Scopus, and the specifics of the publication process.

The professor provided practical recommendations for authors and editors alike, and presented useful tools that contribute to increasing the credibility and visibility of research and researchers.

The next event in the series will take place in October, with a lecture by Prof. Jessica Lychi, about which we will provide further details soon.
